Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, including original packaging when possible. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom, limited-edition, or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
